Michael Brown and Liz Carroll are former New Yorkers who have been creating and selling their unorthodox art for twenty-five years. Their awesome table at Art Carnage was covered with prints, paintings, sculptures, collectible hand painted matchbooks, jewelry - the works!
Something about low brow art speaks to me and as soon as I saw these pieces it made me think of some of my favorites like Mark Ryden and Lori Earley. Michael and Liz were a total blast to speak with and had an infectious passion for their work and art in general. Check out a few of their pieces below and if you are in town this upcoming weekend they will be displaying more work at the Opposites Attack Art Show @ the Soundry.
