She's doing more than tracing, but that is what always stands out for me when Ann moves. She follows the lines so gracefully; it looks effortless. But... then you get up and all that effort becomes abundantly clear.
I haven't practiced in... soooo... many days. Hopefully this inspiration will help me remove myself from the couch, yes?

absolutely no such thing as replicating her moves. she and the hoop are one being. I just love looking at her.
Yes it's just the truth. Just have to find a new style with her loveliness as an underpinning of inspiration. <3
