Daily Outline

I found this on ridesign and really enjoyed the message, even if I don't spend my day working on the same things. Replacing "sketch" with practice would set this up as a great daily outline. 
Read:hoop blogs, websites, articles, tutorials, (& currently) Asimov: Foundation series
Relax:Pilates, Yoga, Coffee (& sitting around doing nothing. hehe)
Practice: 30 minutes of hoop practice!
Challenge Yourself: Try a new move, outline and choreograph a routine, use new music
What would be in your daily outline?
