No Hands Step Through (and about 50 other impressive things)
I have never seen the move pulled off like that! SMOOTH! Hells to the yes.
Since blogger was down this morning (I know. gasp.) I took the opportunity to practice the modified step-through for about....oh, 2 hours.
I am not there - but I am getting closer. I never hit my piercing and I only was afraid I broke my nose one time. Hoop success is all about how you measure it.
