This may be one of my favorite hoop art projects yet and I think it would be perfect on a shirt. Absolutely beautiful. Now I am lusting over a shirt that doesn't yet exist. Good times.
When i went to the Arlington County Fair, i met this guy who makes awesome shirts (www.sharpshirter.com). My sister and i asked him if he does custom, and he told us about www.customink.com. Maybe your imaginary shirt can be a reality? ;)
