Now that the 30/30 Challenge is complete I am looking for a way to stay motivated in my daily hoop endeavors. I was quite pleased when I stumbled upon Hoop Lovers 30 Day Hoop Boot Camp
What Is It?

Each day, for 30 days, you will be presented with a new topic; many of which have been chosen based on hooper’s goals, questions and curiosity. Included in each day’s package will be helpful tips, thought and action provoking activities, visuals, a positive affirmation to use and an inspirational quote. In addition, each topic will be added to the Hoop Boot Camp group discussion board so that you can share your thoughts and ideas about the given topic at any time.
Hoop Boot Camp in a nut shell
- new topic everyday for 30 days
- set your goals, share them, review them regularly if not daily and
keep them close by and ACT ON THEM
- create a way that suits you to track your progress
- you can start anywhere, anytime, at any level, for any reason
- contribute to our gratitude journal or create your own
- make use of the daily affirmations and inspirational quotes
- contribute to the daily discussions about each topic
- it is all about action, support and change
- tap into the Hoop Boot Camp calendar to see when meet ups are being held (coming soon…)
- invite friends
- have a blast; mind altering, body shaping fun is where it’s at!
This program originally happened in 2009, so I am late on the upswing - but - I can start anytime, so what better time than now?

My HBC Goal for the day: "Just Do It!" Gotta get my hoop on and get back in the swing of things!
